So my studying abroad adventure is finally coming to an end. It seems like it was yesterday I was getting of the air plan in some foreign country not know where the heck I was going. Though time has flown by here, I have learned so much and met so many new amazing friends who will stay with me for the rest of my life. I am not coming home quite yet even though school is now over. My mom is flying out today to meet me in Torino. She arrives tomorrow (Wednesday) evening. We will be spending 2 nights here in Torino so I can show her where I have been living for the last month then we are heading out to travel around. Our first stop will be in Monte Carlo. Then we are heading down the coast of France to Montpellier and meeting her friend Rhonda and going to stay with her and her husband for a few days. We are then heading down to Barcelona, Spain for 1 day and night. After that we are going back to Italy. We fly into Milan and take the train down to Florence. We will stay in Florence for a few nights then take a train to Siena. After Siena we are going over to Roma to spend our last days there. We have 2 weeks to do all this, which in my opinion is not enough time but we will have to make do. I am so excited to see my mom and I know we will have an amazing time. Don’t worry though, I am not done blogging. I will still write about our trips and keep you all updated. Ciao for now :)

Ireland!
So for our last weekend before school is over, we decided to venture far away and head to a county that speaks English. Ireland was the place of interest. We left after class on Wednesday and caught the train to Milan. We had to hurry and get the the train station in Milan, then take an hour bus ride to the airport to catch our flight at 8 pm. We didn’t think we were going to make it, but we got there just in time! But hey, that’s what an adventure is all about right? So we arrived in Dublin around 10:30 pm. We got a cab to our hotel and get settled in. It was so weird going somewhere where everyone speaks English, and being able to read and understand everything! After settling in, we were starving so we went out to eat and explore. After we ate, we went out to find a real Irish pub. We went into this old place and really enjoyed it. We had some locally brewed beers and then after a while called it a night. The next day, we woke up and had a nice Irish breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, and toast. YUMMY! Then we went out to see the sights of Dublin. We went to visit the famous Trinity College of Dublin, then went through this beautiful park, then walked down and went to St. Patrick's Cathedral. It was a fun day, or a craic day as the Irish like to say, and then the night was even better! The night life in Dublin was awesome! Everyone was always out having a good time no matter what your age or who you are. The streets were always busy with people walking around having a good ol’ time. The next day we had to wake up VERY early to make it to our tour bus. We decided that we wanted to see the country side of Ireland as well as the city. So we took a day tour trip all around. We stopped in Galway, then stopped at a numerous places along the way to the Cliffs of Moher. WOW! The most beautiful cliffs ever. We were able to hike up both sides and see the beautiful ocean side. After our long day of sight seeing we finally got back around 9 pm. We went out for a quick bit to eat, then headed out to the pubs again. It was our last night in Dublin and we didn’t want to leave. We woke up early then next day and got in some last minute shopping and then went to tour the Guinness factory. It was so cool! We learned all about it and got an understanding of how proud the Irish were of their beloved Guinness. After that, it was finally time to leave :( We got all of our stuff and headed to the airport only to find out that our flight was delayed for 2 hours. So we knew we were going to miss the USA game. Oh and I almost forgot, I met someone from Ghana! She told me that we were going to lose because they are way better, and unfortunately she was right.. So anyways, because of our delayed flight we didn’t get into Milan until 10:30, then had to wait until the next train at 12:30 am. It was quite a long and exhausting trip, but it was well worth it! I suggest to ALL of you, if you get a chance, go to Ireland. You won’t regret it. Well that was my trip and here are some pictures to go along with it. Enjoy! :)
